1) AudioHolix will not be responsible for damages
or injuries during a party, dance or wedding reception.
2) AudioHolix will not be responsible for having
the right wedding music for bride/groom, bride/father or groom/mother if the finalized music list is not received one week
prior to wedding reception date.
3) AudioHolix will not take a pay deduction if reception
doesn't turn out the way you want for your lack of planning.
4) AudioHolix has the right to raise or lower another DJ's
price if the DJ cancels and we fill in at the last minute. We will try to work with anyone if your dance,party or reception
is in jepardy because another DJ can't fulfill his oblogation.
5) AudioHolix will not be held responsible for being
late if given wrong place, time or bad directions. AudioHolix takes pride in being on time and takes the extra step in
doing so.
6) After you have scheduled your event you must
contact me within 2 weeks of the event. This is for any changes or cancellations. If you do not contact me within the 2 week
period i will still charge you for the event if cancelled or raise the original price if there are last minute changes. I
also will use my discretion on whether to show at the event if scheduled longer than 6 months before with no contact.
